• Legal Research: I researched Michigan law on how to convert an at will employee into a just cause employee to assist an individual that was fired from one of the big three automotive companies.
• Legal Research: I researched the law in each of the 50 states regarding how surplus funds are dispursed after a mortgage foreclosure sale and how they are acquired and how they are held prior to them being claimed.  This included research on what version of the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act each states has adopted, if any.
