I provide legal research and write the accompanying memorandum as well as draft motions for a personal injury firm.  The legal research ranges from medical malpractice litigation issues to statutory duties, negligence, and liability issues.

I have worked on legal research projects for all of the attorneys for whom I have worked from my home.  The issues ranged from contract recissions to medical malpractice and even what remedies are available in Michigan given the type of issue presented.

Additionally I summarized trial transcripts for a criminal appeals attorney.  My services assisted him in preparation for his appeals.  By summarizing the trial transcripts he was able to spend his time on more pressing issues instead of taking hours upon hours reading the trial transcript.  In this case my attention to detail and quick turn around time was a great benefit to him.
